INFORMATION FOR STALL HOLDERS
HOW CAN I BECOME AN EXHIBITOR OR STALL HOLDER?
The Christmas market takes place every year on Rathausplatz, Franziskanerstraße, Unterlindenplatz, Turmstraße, Rotteckring, Predigertor and on the Kartoffelmarkt, as well as in other areas indicated as a market areas.
On Sundays during the Christmas market, the area under the western arcades of Kaiser-Joseph-Straße, between Franziskanerstraße and Rathausgasse, is also included.
The market should offer a balanced variety of products. Everyone is entitled to participate in the Christmas market as a supplier or visitor, subject to the conditions applicable to all stall holders or exhibitors and within the limits of the available space and proven suitability. The range of goods must correspond to the character of the Christmas market and be attractive for the target audience of a Christmas market.
APPLICATION
You can now apply for the 2026 Christmas market using our online application form. The application deadline for the 2026 Christmas market is March 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
The official application form for a stand, including your concept and all supporting documents, must be submitted via our online application form by 11:59 p.m. on March 31 each year. Paper applications will no longer be accepted. The processing fee is payable online when submitting the online application.
